Michelle R. Ward, LPC, LMFT
Michelle (she/her) is a VA Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) certified to provide EMDR. Michelle received her M.S. in Marriage & Family Therapy from Virginia Tech. She's been a licensed therapist in VA since 2006. She provides outpatient therapy to adult individuals, couples & families using various therapy interventions to treat individuals with behavior, anger, anxiety & mood management issues, couples with relationship issues and families with communication and conflict problems.
Michelle is now offering Ketamine Integration Therapy (KIT) for qualifying clients. KIT is in the forefront of the recent psychedelic-assisted therapy research, found to be transformational for many experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, addictive & destructive behaviors and suicidality.
Additionally, Michelle is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher through Fluid Yoga School. This added area of expertise in mindfulness, movement and breath work allows for expanded offerings in clinical practice, community workshops and retreat offerings. Since completing yoga teacher training in 2023, Michelle co-founded The Lotus Collective, a community of holistic wellness gatherings & retreats created to heal mind, body + soul through meaningful connection and mindful offerings in beautiful spaces.


Carol F. Blechl, LCSW
Carol Blechl (she/her) is a VA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Carol received her MSW in clinical social work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She's been a licensed provider in VA since 2005.
Carol provides outpatient therapy to diverse adult populations (18+) to treat trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, adjustment disorders, relationships issues & situational stress.
Carol is committed to helping her clients on their unique journey toward wellness using an individualized and collaborative approach. Her clinical methods include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Oriented Therapy, trauma informed approaches (to include both Narrative Therapy & EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills training.
