Michelle R. Ward, LPC, LMFT

Michelle (she/her/hers) is a Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) certified to provide EMDR. Michelle received her M.S. in Marriage & Family Therapy from Virginia Tech. She's been a licensed therapist in private practice in Northern Virginia since 2006.

Michelle provides outpatient therapy to adult individuals, couples & families using various therapy interventions to treat individuals with behavior, anger, anxiety & mood management issues, couples with relationship issues and families with communication and conflict problems.

Additionally, Michelle works in collaboration with Revival Wellness & Ketamine to provide Ketamine Integrated Psychotherapy (KIP) services. Revival Wellness & Ketamine is a clinic dedicated to promoting mental wellness through Ketamine infusion therapy. Carol F. Blechl, LCSW

Carol Blechl (she/her/hers) is a VA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Carol received her MSW in clinical social work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She's been a licensed provider in VA since 2005.

 

Carol provides outpatient therapy to diverse adult populations (18+) to treat trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, adjustment disorders, relationships issues & situational stress.

 

Carol is committed to helping her clients on their unique journey toward wellness using an individualized and collaborative approach.  Her clinical methods include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Oriented Therapy, trauma informed approaches (to include both Narrative Therapy & EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills training.

Aurena Green, LPC

Aurena (she/her/hers) is a VA & D.C. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She is trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS. She received her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. 

Brain- and body-based therapies are key to her practice, as is a mindfulness-based approach. Aurena provides outpatient therapy to adult individuals (18+) and specializes in treating trauma, grief & loss, anxiety, and depression. She is a queer-identified provider and has a special interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community. Aurena is also a co-creator of the Planet Grief Deck, a resource for grievers and the people who love them.  

She is a firm believer than when we approach our stories with a sense of curiosity and compassion, we open the door to transformation and embodiment.
